Payment Status Update Issue

We are currently aware of an issue where a payment may not automatically update to 'Complete' after a transaction has been approved, especially if it followed at least one declined attempt.
We have updated the Customer Payments workflow, introducing conditional logic to ensure the workflow only triggers when the webhook status received from Felloh is 'Complete'. As a result, declined transaction statuses will no longer appear in Vision.

Unable to Add Attachments (Tickets/Vouchers) to Bookings

We’re currently investigating an issue in Vision where users are unable to add attachments to bookings. Please note, this does not affect automatically generated PDFs, such as booking confirmations. As a temporary workaround, kindly send any necessary attachments to the customer manually.
