We are currently aware of an issue where a payment may not automatically update to 'Complete' after a transaction has been approved, especially if it followed at least one declined attempt.

We have updated the Customer Payments workflow, introducing conditional logic to ensure the workflow only triggers when the webhook status received from Felloh is 'Complete'. As a result, declined transaction statuses will no longer appear in Vision.

Please note: each time a payment is added, it is assigned a unique transaction ID, even if the payment amount remains the same. This unique ID is crucial for tracking payment status updates—indicating, for instance, when a payment is marked as 'COMPLETE' upon customer confirmation. If a payment is deleted and the customer attempts to use the previous payment link, the transaction will still be authorised; however, the new payment entry’s status will not update because the transaction IDs do not match.

To avoid potential discrepancies, we advise against deleting and re-adding payments with identical details after the 'Balance Due' email has been sent, unless there are changes to the amount, due date, or other details.
